The supervisory team conducted a routine inspection earlier and found that there were discrepancies between the installation process of some columns and the approved plans, and immediately requested the main contractor to conduct a comprehensive inspection and follow-up, including the revision of the plan at the relevant locations to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

The plan has been agreed and confirmed by the Registered Structural Engineer and the rectification works are now in progress.

The site has just completed its foundation work, but it was revealed that some of the pillars were installed with wrong reinforcement.

The developer responded that during a routine inspection in mid-October, it was found that there were discrepancies between some of the column reinforcement tying processes and the approved plans, and that it had immediately instructed the main contractor to conduct a full inspection and make corrections to ensure that all structures met the requirements of the relevant regulations.
