The discounted price starts from $3,331,200 and the discounted entry price is as low as $13,681.

The entry price unit is Unit 12 on Level 1, Block C, with a usable area of 228 sq ft and open plan spacing, at a discounted price of $3,312,000.

The entry priced unit is Unit 18 on Level 1, Block C, with a saleable area of 477 sq ft, 2 bedrooms and 1 partition, at a discounted price of $13,681 per square foot.

Flat B on Level 17, East Wing, with a saleable area of 439 sq ft and a two-bedroom open plan kitchen, was sold by tender yesterday by Twin City Holdings Limited at $9,735,000, or $22,175 psf.

The sale follows three consecutive days of transactions on February 5, with a total of six units sold at an average price of over $22,222 per square foot.

SHKP's first six four-bedroom units in Block 5 at Hoi Suan, North Point, were put up for sale by tender from Saturday, including Units A and B on Floors 6, 10 and 16 of Block 5, with a saleable area of 1,488 and 1,602 square feet, all with four-bedroom partitions.
