Bijia Place, a large-scale new private residential development by Henderson Land Development, is located in the area of Bijia Street in Hung Hom, Kowloon, straddling five streets, namely Gillies Avenue South, Whampoa Street, Bulkeley Street, Bijia Street and Fuk Chi Street in Hung Hom District, and involving 77 house numbers, and it is a rare redevelopment project of a large-scale private developer in Hong Kong.
The project is developed in three phases, comprising nine residential towers with a total of about 2,800 units in the whole development. The first phase of Bijou Place - Sunway will consist of 5 towers providing 1,000 units, with a focus on 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, and a small number of open-plan and 3-bedroom apartments. The next two phases will provide 4 residential towers with a total of 1,800 units.
