SHKP (016)'s new Tuen Mun development NOVO LAND Phase 2B has been put on sale for two days in a row and so far 352 units have been launched, accounting for nearly half of the total number of units in the development.
As of last night, the project has received more than 6,000 votes, an over-subscription of 16 times, and is expected to announce the first round of sales tomorrow, with the first sale likely to take place this weekend, according to SHKP's Acting General Manager Alan Chan.
He also said that the first round of sales for NOVO LAND Phase 2B is not expected to be extended, and there is a chance that the first round will consist of 352 units on three price lists.
The project is expected to attract prospective buyers from different districts, with 50% from Tuen Mun, 30% from other parts of the New Territories and 20% from Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
Mr Chu Kai-ming, Deputy Managing Director of WeSpire, the property management brand of the project, said that the company will continue to provide caring services and organise activities for residents, and will invite star coaches, including former members of the Hong Kong heavy fencing team, to provide sports training to residents.
"WeSpire is actively using technology to enhance the quality of life of its residents, with a full range of seven robotic teams including Heartie Lobby Receptionist, Smilie Public Relations Smile Ambassador, Handie Delivery Man, Yummie Food Server, Mightie Moving Hercules, Guardie Round-the-clock Patrolman and Shinnie Germinator. These services include concierge, party entertainment, delivery, meal service, large baggage, security patrol and disinfection and cleaning.
The project management fee is approximately $3.98 per square foot.
