Henderson Land, in partnership with Wheelock Properties, Chinachem, New World, China Overseas and Imperial Group, is developing a project named Skyfall in Kai Tak Bay Peninsula.
Seventy percent of the units in the project are three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, and it is planned that the relevant units will be put up for tender first in late April or early May, with prices referencing first-hand and featured units in the same district.
According to the report, the project consists of 8 buildings, providing 566 units, ranging from 1, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with an area of 351 to 1,942 square feet.
Among them, 6 units are special units ranging from 900 to 1,942 sq ft, with 180 to 425 sq ft terraces. In terms of size, approximately 86% of the units are sea-facing units.
In addition, 1 Plantation Road, a super luxury development on the Peak owned by Wharf and marketed by Wheelock Properties, will be put up for sale. According to Mr Wong Kwong-yiu, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Wheelock Properties, the project will offer 20 townhouses ranging from 4,600 to 7,500 sq ft, most of which will have a southern view and a private lift and garage.
The first phase of the project will be the sale of five houses of approximately 5,000 to 6,000 square feet, which will be sold with finishes, with a view to launching in the third or fourth quarter.
