The YOHO Hub in Yuen Long, a subsidiary of SHKP, opened its clubhouse to the media today. The clubhouse features a dual clubhouse design, Club Vis and Club Vim, with approximately 40,000 square feet of clubhouse space and 210,000 square feet of outdoor landscaped space.
The Club Vis will soon be opened and will include a 50-metre outdoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a villa-style ballroom, a 1,200-metre jogging track, a farmhouse and an outdoor BBQ area.
The "Kid's Water World" and splash pool are specially designed for the youngest residents and feature a wide range of exciting attractions including fountains and water slides to create a children's water park. It also offers a rare outdoor arena with a nearly 140-metre-long children's bike track where children can ride on scooters or other non-electric vehicles.
The indoor facilities include a multi-purpose banquet hall, yoga room, sauna and steam room, billiard room, karaoke room and mahjong room. The YOHO Gymnasium, a multi-purpose gymnasium where ball games can be played, is also available for residents to enjoy sweating.
Club Vim, on the other hand, will not be opened until other phases are completed. The outdoor facilities include a 28-metre outdoor swimming pool and a splash pool for children. Inside, there is a multi-purpose ballroom, fitness room, piano practice room and gym, as well as a YOHO studio for photography.
"The YOHO Hub is the first development in the YOHO series to adopt a dual-resident clubhouse design. The words "Vis" and "Vim" are derived from Latin, the former meaning strength and the latter meaning vitality and enthusiasm.
The YOHO Hub development is divided into two phases, providing a total of 1,969 residential units, of which 1,030 units in Phase B will be available for sale by the end of 2021, and 939 units in Phase C, which was approved for pre-sale last year.
