Abstract: With more than 2,600 votes, SHKP's University Hill Phase 2B in Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po, went on sale yesterday with a third round of 222 units at the price list and another 18 units up for tender.

SHKP's Acting General Manager, Mr. Hu Zhiyuan, said that the selection process was completed by 4pm and 190 units were sold. Sun Hung Kai deputy managing director Lui Ting said the University Hill development had sold more than 900 units in less than a month, generating about $6.3 billion in cash. The development still has about 300 units left and plans to reserve them for sale until the fourth quarter, when it will be ready for occupation.

University Hill Phase 2B went on sale yesterday with a third round of 222 units, ranging from open-plan to three-bedroom units, at a discounted price of $3,277,700 to $11,029,600, with square footage ranging from $13,024 to $19,932. According to Mr. Wu, buyers of University Hill include many branch families and property exchange customers, mainly because of the project's comprehensive facilities, proximity to the planned MTR Science Park/Pak Shek Kok Station and low density development.

SHKP's Acting General Manager, Mr H L Chan, said the first price list will be for no less than 186 units, including open-plan to three-bedroom units.

Seeing that there is a market for luxury properties, SHKP's long-established Kowloon Station Sky Seal revised its price list yesterday, increasing the price of Room D on the 75th floor of the Sky Diamond Seal by 5% to 1,422 square feet, with the price list priced at $72,726 per square foot from $98.491 million to $103.4 million for sale on Sunday.
