The 66 units include 10 one-bedroom units, 33 two-bedroom units and 23 three-bedroom units, with saleable areas ranging from 364 to 960 square meters, at a discounted price of $7,989,100 to $29,891,900, with a discounted price per square foot of $21,948 to $31,137.
As for the 24 units to be tendered next Monday, 5 of them are brand new units. The first 4 units to be offered are the top floor of the double block of South Horizon and 2 sets of 4 rooms with storage room, with saleable area of 1,556 and 1,615 square feet, plus a podium or rooftop.
Units A and B on the 29th floor of Block 2A, both with built-in staircase design leading to a private rooftop of more than 1,000 square feet, will make reference to the recent transaction prices of luxury residential units in Kowloon.
It is worth noting that all buyers of this batch of tender units will be entitled to one car parking space option, while the 4 units of South Horizon penthouse and skyline four-bedroom mansion will be entitled to two car parking space options.
The whole series of 412 units have been sold since March this year, accounting for about 82% of the available units, with over $6.96 billion in cash, at an average price of over $16 million per unit.
