The upcoming phase of THE HADDON, situated within the redevelopment project MIDTOWN SOUTH in Hung Hom, is poised for launch. Concurrently, show flats will open for media tours on the same day, with plans to commence registration for subscriptions starting this weekend.

Lin Tat Man, General Manager of Sales (1) at Henderson Property Agency, indicated that the initial batch of units at THE HADDON would constitute no less than 20%, approximately 91 units, with pricing referencing previous series like BAKER CIRCLE．EUSTON and BAKER CIRCLE．GREENWICH. The expected selling price per square foot is projected to be no less than HKD 20,000. Show flats will be open to the public earliest this weekend, along with the commencement of subscription registrations. Lin Tat Man highlighted that the agency will focus on promoting THE HADDON in the latter half of the year.

MIDTOWN SOUTH in Hung Hom stands as Henderson Land Development's largest-scale redevelopment project in the area, with the first three phases already launched. The pricing strategy for the latest phase, THE HADDON, will draw from the sales performance of the preceding two phases. BAKER CIRCLE．EUSTON, launched in November 2022, had an initial average discounted price per square foot of around HKD 21,238, while BAKER CIRCLE．GREENWICH, launched in July last year, had an initial average discounted price per square foot of HKD 18,928. Completion of THE HADDON is estimated by the end of September 2025, with an estimated completion period of about 16 months.

As per the project prospectus, THE HADDON offers 412 standard units, encompassing 1 to 3-bedroom layouts, ranging from 262 to 430 square feet. Additionally, the project includes 41 units featuring connected platforms or rooftops, ranging from 223 to 642 square feet. These distinctive units are situated on the ground floor, 5th floor, and 28th floor, with platform areas varying from 46 to 193 square feet; meanwhile, the top floor (29th floor) includes 16 units with rooftop connections, with rooftop areas ranging from 105 to 590 square feet, with unit 29N boasting not only a 590 square feet rooftop but also a 173 square feet platform accessible directly from the balcony.

The smallest unit, 5th floor Unit N, measures 223 square feet, with an additional 56 square feet platform, featuring a 1-bedroom layout; meanwhile, the largest unit, 29th floor Unit N, spans 642 square feet, with a 3-bedroom suite layout plus storage room, connected to a 173 square feet platform and a 590 square feet rooftop.
