Martin Wong Kwong-yiu, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Henderson Land, announced that the company will launch 6 new projects in the second half of the year, totaling about 1342 residential units. The initial launch will be the project on Chun Yuen Street, Wan Chai, offering 88 units primarily targeting 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom buyers. Additionally, the second phase of PARK SEASONS in Tseung Kwan O, Park Central, which has not yet been launched, is expected to be sold in the second half of the year, involving 350 units. The first phase of Phase 1 of the Southern Island in Wong Chuk Hang Station is planned to provide approximately 463 units.
In addition to self-developed projects, Henderson Land is also collaborating with Hang Lung Properties, New World Development, and China Overseas in the joint development of Kai Tak, Central Road 19, Phase 1, which is expected to provide 361 units; and with New World Development on Prince Edward West Road No. 233, which plans to offer 75 units. In addition, the villa project at Plantation Road No. 1 on the Peak plans to tender for sale of 5 buildings, with another 15 buildings to be retained for rental, providing a total of about 20 villas ranging from 5,600 to 6,200 square feet.

Martin Wong Kwong-yiu reviewed the performance of the first half of the year, stating that Henderson Land sold approximately 1,188 units during this period, with total sales exceeding HKD 13 billion. This represents a growth of approximately 20% compared to the same period last year. Among them, SEASONS in Tseung Kwan O, Park Central, performed exceptionally well, becoming the best-selling new project in the first half of the year, with a total of 773 units sold and cashed in over HKD 4.87 billion.
The launch of these projects, particularly the SEASONS series, has stimulated activity in the Tseung Kwan O regional real estate market following the removal of property market cooling measures.
