Compared with the high of 42,408 at the end of February this year, the number of agents has dropped sharply by 1,169 or 2.7% in just nine months.

As for the salesman license (S license / fine license) salesman license reflecting the front-line agents, there are 22,380 people as of November, 157 or 0.7% less month-on-month.
The number of estate agent (individual) licenses (E license / large license) recorded 18,859 in November, a decrease of 93 or 0.49% month-on-month.
Reflecting the number of branches, 7,167 business details were recorded, a decrease of 12 or 0.17% from November.
In fact, the property market has fallen in recent months, and many agencies have indicated that they will reduce their scale.
Centaline began the year with about 6,000 employees and has lost 500 in the first 10 months and will cut another 300 by the end of the year; branches are likely to be cut by more than 200 from the current 470.
