Abstract: Many parents in Hong Kong, in order to allow their children to study in prestigious schools, do not hesitate to spend a lot of money to move into a prestigious school network lot to live. However, some famous schools are located in luxury residential areas, property prices are often more than 10 million yuan, not everyone can afford.

This time, we have selected three new properties that have been occupied in the past year, which are located in the famous school network and have a new luxury residential configuration, some of which can be moved in for more than $10,000 per month.

 

For reference, a number of single-block luxury properties have moved into the Ho Man Tin area in recent months, bringing new supply of rental properties to the area.

There are also many international schools and famous kindergartens in the vicinity, making the project a real "winner at the starting line".

 

Even for university, there are three universities nearby: City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which can fully take care of your children's educational development.

 

128 WATERLOO has been occupied for nearly a year, and there are now a number of units for rent in the market, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, including a one-bedroom unit with a saleable area of 331 square feet at an asking rent of $19,800 per month, and a two-bedroom unit at an asking rent of $26,000, with a real square footage of 522 and a rent of nearly $50 per square foot.

Prince Central is a relatively rare rental property. A 303 sq. ft. unit was rented at $19,000 per month in early October, so interested parties can keep an eye on the market to see if another rental property will be available.
