KOKO ROSSO is scheduled to open today. In terms of new property transactions, Cheung Sha Wan Oi Hoi Son, a joint development between Cheung Sha Wan and the URA, was sold by tender yesterday at $16.198 million for Unit A on 40th floor of Block 3, measuring 771 sq ft with a 545 sq ft roof, at a price of $21,009 per square foot.
