Collaborated by six major developers including Henderson Land, China Overseas, Chinachem Group, Empire Group, New World Development and Wheelock Properties, the world-class waterfront luxury residential project "The KNIGHTSBRIDGE" located at Park Peninsula in Kai Tak has received overwhelming market response and enquiries since its launch.

The latest sales arrangement for the project is uploaded today, with 120 units of waterfront residences, including the first lower block (Harbour Mansion), available for sale by tender from Sunday, May 28.

Henderson's Acting Director and General Manager, Sales (2) said the saleable area ranges from 836 to 1,942 square feet, including 7 units of 3 bedrooms (Harbour Mansion), 32 units of 3 bedrooms, 79 units of 4 bedrooms and 2 units of special features.

The 7 high blocks are built side by side, blocks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8, while the low block is located in front of block 8.

Among them, Unit A on 31/F of Block 8, with a saleable area of 1,890 sq ft and a 4-room flat with a 405 sq ft podium, is priced at $55,000 per square foot, which is the highest price ever recorded for the project.
