Abstract: With the SAR Government further relaxing immigration control measures, developers are actively planning for the launch of new developments next year as the economy picks up speed.

Mr Wong Kwong-yiu, Managing Director of Wheelock Properties, said yesterday that the group plans to launch five new developments next year, with a total of 2,000 units to be sold and a sales target of more than $10 billion.

He pointed out that due to the impact of the epidemic and interest rate hike, the group has sold about 585 new units this year, and together with the car parking spaces, the group has realized more than $9.5 billion, which is still close to the annual sales target of $10 billion.

As the government further relaxed the entry prevention measures, the economy will speed up the return to normal and the unemployment rate will drop again.

Property prices are expected to rebound next year and the Group will have new properties for sale in every quarter next year, including KOKO HILLS 3A and 3B in Lam Tin, MIAMI QUAY II in Kai Tak and 19 Shing Fung Road in Kai Tak, 12 phases 1 and 2 of LOHAS Park in Tseung Kwan O and the Chun Yuen Street project in Wan Chai.

Wong Kwong Yiu also said that Kai Tak MONACO and GRANDE MONACO have been approved to the satisfaction of the paper, will send letters to notify small owners to take possession of the building in batches, expect to complete the delivery procedures within January next year, the project has been sold 616 units, cashing in more than $ 8.7 billion, the average transaction price of $ 25,507 per square foot.

There are still 30 units left for sale, of which 21 units are available for sale in the price list, mainly 3-bedroom units, with the lowest unit price starting from $24,811 and the average unit price around $26,600, and 9 special units are available for sale by tender.

The Group's Charlevon Management Company will provide one-stop tenancy management services, including matching quality tenants.

Wheelock Properties General Manager (Marketing) Chan Wai-chi said that the project is designed as a double clubhouse with 22,000 square feet of space, including a fitness room, 50-metre outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, children's racing track and banquet hall.

On the other hand, Henderson Land's General Manager of Agency Sales (2), Mr Hon Ka-fai, said that 8 units, including 1 unit of 2-bedroom, 2 units of 1-bedroom and 5 units of open-plan flats with a sale price ranging from $4,854,800 to $9,644,300 at a discounted price of $23,231 to $25,181 per square foot, were put up for sale this Friday at Leo Place - One Corner in Mongkok.
