There are 5 phases of Tian Jin (Tian Jin, Tian Jin II, Tian Jin IIIA, Tian Jin IIIB and Hoi Tin Jin) with a total of 41 residential towers and 3,729 units. The first phase of Tian Jin was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties in partnership with the MTR Corporation Limited, and subsequent phases were developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Located at 9 Tong Yin Street, Tian Jin comprises six residential towers (Towers 1 to 3 and 6 to 8), each of which is 45 to 48 storeys in height, with two to five units per floor, providing a total of 1,028 residential units.

Tin Chun II, located at 12 Tong Chun Street, comprises 4 residential towers (Blocks 1 to 5, no Block 4), each with 4 units per floor on 28 floors, providing a total of 784 residential units.

Tian Jin IIIA is located at 19 Tong Chun Street and comprises 4 residential towers (Towers 1 to 5, without Block 4) and 5 blocks of 3-storey houses. Each of the residential towers is 30 storeys in height with 2 to 5 units on each floor, providing a total of 960 residential units.

Tin Chun IIIB, located at 19 Chi Sin Street, comprises a 29-storey residential block with 3 to 8 units per floor, providing a total of 329 residential units.

Hoi Tin Jin, located at 28 Tong Chun Street, comprises seven residential towers (Towers 1 to 8, no Block 4) and three 2-storey houses, of which the residential towers are 7 to 18 storeys with 1 to 8 units per floor, providing a total of 628 residential units.
