YOHO WEST is located at 1 Tin Yan Road, above the Light Rail Tin Wing Station. The project is divided into two phases of development, which will comprise three residential towers with a height of 44 storeys, providing a total of 1,976 residential units.

Currently, the first phase will be launched first, with two residential towers, each divided into two blocks, A and B. The project will provide 1,393 units, with an estimated key date of 30 September 2024, and the second phase will consist of only one residential tower. The second phase will consist of only one residential block with 583 units.
