Abstract: Driven by customs clearance, new luxury residential properties are selling well.

The new property in the Kai Tak runway area was sold yesterday for over $101 million at a price of $48,419 per square foot, a new record for a new property in the Kai Tak runway area.

 

Located on the 20th floor of Block 1, the 2,088-square-foot flat is a four-bedroom, three-bedroom apartment with a private lift lobby.

 

ST. GEORGE'S MANSIONS, a super luxury property on Kadoorie Road, Kadoorie Hill, Homantin, sold yesterday for $86 million at a price of $46,714 per square foot on the 7th floor B of Block 1, with a saleable area of 1,841 square feet.

 

The project has sold 7 residential units in a row within 3 weeks, involving nearly $700 million.

 

The 128 WATERLOO in Ho Man Tin, a joint venture between Lemont International and Chun Wo Development, put Upper 128 Collectables on sale last week. The four-bedroom, two-suite apartment H on the 10th floor, with 1,258 sq ft of usable area and storage space, was sold by tender yesterday for $33.6 million at a price of about $26,709 per square foot.

 

In addition, Unit A on 36/F, Block 1A, with a saleable area of 1,205 sq ft and a four-bedroom double bedroom suite with a spacious area, was sold by tender at $52,538,000 and a price of $43,600 per square foot.
