Abstract: Developers are determined to sell their flats, and in addition to offering low prices, they are also accelerating the pace of sales.

The Castle Peak Road project in Tuen Mun is expected to launch the remaining units and announce sales arrangements on Tuesday (21) at the earliest, with a chance to sell all 400 units in the phase on Saturday.

 

The Cheung Kong Group (01113) and Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016) have announced the launch of the remaining units in the Tai Lam section of Castle Peak Road in Tuen Mun on Monday (20), following a series of sales promotions over the past two days, and will put the remaining units on sale tomorrow, with a chance to sell 400 units on Saturday at the earliest.

 

Assistant Principal Manager of the Sales Department of Cheung Kong Holdings, Ms Yeung Kwai Ling, said the project would be put up for sale tomorrow and sales arrangements would be announced, with the first round of sales likely to have priority for three-bedroom units. She added that the project had been well received since the opening of the show flats last Friday, with a total of 18,000 visitors so far.

 

Sino Land (00083) and four other major developers of the South West Kowloon Harbourview series sold two units in a row on Monday (20), involving a total of $40.862 million. The sale price was $20.838 million and the price per square foot was around $28,121. This series of projects sold about 29 units during the month and attracted over $640 million in proceeds.

 

Henderson Land (00012) developed THE HOLBORN in Quarry Bay, sold room A10 on the 29th floor with a saleable area of 277 square feet and a one-bedroom partition for $8,671,600 on Monday (20), at a price of about $31,305 per square foot.

 

Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016)'s Tuen Mun Royal Bay, sold Unit C on 28/F, Block 2, with a saleable area of 437 sq ft and two partitions and a 362 sq ft roof, for $8.623 million on Monday (20) at a price of about $19,732 per square foot.

 

Henderson Land (00012)'s Mongkok Leo Place Kai On, a one-bedroom flat on 18/F, Block 1 with a saleable area of 278 sq ft, was sold at $6,375,600 and the price per square foot was about $22,934.

 

Cheung Sha Wan Rui Feng, held by Ding Pei Group, sold Unit C on 17/F, East Wing, with a saleable area of 489 sq ft, a two-bedroom flat, for over $10.86 million at a price of about $22,213 per square foot on Monday (20).

 

Henderson Land (00012)'s One Corner, Mongkok, recorded a sale of a featured flat on 3/F, Block 2, Unit N, with a saleable area of 238 sq ft, a one-bedroom flat with a 138 sq ft podium, for $6,336,000 at a price of about $26,622 per square foot on Monday (20).
