KOKO MARE is a rare urban development with sea view. 192 units have been sold since its launch last month, accounting for 81% of the available units and generating $1.59 billion in cash. Together with KOKO ROSSO Phase 3A, 500 units have been sold in just three months, generating a total of $4.04 billion.
