Abstract: West Kowloon has many options for lifestyle amenities, and there are many high quality homes here. In recent years, Cheung Sha Wan has successfully turned around the image of the old neighborhood. This new project is dominated by open and one-bedroom units, which account for approximately 85% of the project's total, with open units accounting for nearly 50% of the units and two types of floor plans. The sale of open-plan units is also worthy of market attention.

 

The building brochure says that half of the eight groups on each standard floor are open-plan tenants located in four rooms, A, D, E and H. Rooms A and H have a usable area of 232 square feet and are the smallest units. Both are southwest facing and have a busy view mainly overlooking the city around Tongzhou Street.

 

The living room of both rooms is about 4.725 meters long and 2.3 meters wide, with a rectangular design. The open kitchen is close to the window, which is well ventilated and convenient for exhausting grease and smoke. The front door of the unit, the door of the bathroom, and the glass door connecting the terrace just enclose the whole living room. As for the size of the 1-bedroom units, they range from 290 to 293 square feet. There are 57 apartments, all of which are designed as suites. They are located in rooms C, F and G, with usable areas ranging from 290 to 293 square meters.

The project's base contains stores, providing a total of more than 37,000 square feet, which will be built as a shopping street. In addition, the guest club covers approximately 3,000 square feet.

 

Highlights include an outdoor yoga area, a coffee-themed multi-purpose space, and an outdoor bar. In the future, residents will also have access to the clubhouse facilities of the Aptar residential development adjacent to Hightan Street, which occupies approximately 6,000 square feet.
