To meet the demand of homebuyers and accelerate sales, he stated that pricing will be announced within this week, with the initial release of over 130 units, priced in line with other new developments in Tseung Kwan O and Sunrise City.
Ng pointed out that the target audience for SEASONS PLACE is clear, primarily focusing on 1 to 2-bedroom layouts, with most units below 500 square feet, expected to attract the attention of young first-time homebuyers and investors. Today, four show units of the project were opened to the media, showcasing various 1 to 3-bedroom layouts.

Among them, there are 240 1-bedroom units with sizes ranging from approximately 322 to 338 square feet; 337 2-bedroom units with sizes ranging from approximately 437 to 495 square feet; and 48 3-bedroom units with sizes around 665 square feet. Additionally, there are 25 units with platforms or rooftops as special features. The project's key completion date is expected to be October 31, 2025, with a construction period of approximately 19 months.
The smallest unit in SEASONS PLACE is Unit E on the 8th floor of Block 3B, with an area of 282 square feet, along with a 255 square feet platform, designed as a 1-bedroom layout; while the largest unit is the top-floor special feature unit, Unit A on the 66th floor of Block 3B, with an area of 665 square feet, along with a 505 square feet platform, designed as a 3-bedroom layout. It's worth noting that this top-floor unit does not have an internal staircase leading to the rooftop.
