Abstract: Most of the units are available at $8 million and are conveniently located near the MTR Long Ping Station, attracting many commuters to the market.

The developer took advantage of the situation yesterday to launch an additional 93 units at an average price of $15,694 per square foot, which is the original price.

 

The second round of sales is scheduled for this Friday (24th), involving 97 units at a price starting from $4,122,000.

 

The new price list No. 4 covers 7 units of open-plan, 57 units of one-bedroom and 29 units of two-bedroom flats, of which 2 units will be featured units, with saleable areas ranging from 252 to 475 square feet. The discounted selling prices range from $4,122,200 to $7,764,100, at $13,766 to $17,850 per square foot.

 

The most affordable unit is Unit H on the 9th floor, with a saleable area of 276 sq ft and open partition, at a discounted price of $4,122,200 based on a maximum 6% discount. Among them, 47 units are priced at less than $6 million.

 

As for the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, the admission fees for this batch are about $5.138 million and $6.326 million respectively.

 

The second round of sales will be held this Friday after the rain, involving 97 units at a discounted price of $4,122,200 to $7,764,100 and a discounted selling price of $13,766 to $17,850 per square foot, with all units priced at less than $8 million.
