The 118-unit VICTORIA COAST project in Pokfulam, Hong Kong Island South, has been named VICTORIA COAST by Chinachem Group. The 118-unit project will be put up for sale by tender shortly after refurbishment.

Located at 301 Victoria Road, Victoria Gardens, formerly known as a rent-collecting mansion, was completed as early as 1988, with a building age of about 35 years, and the building has been undergoing a major refurbishment project from the end of 2020 onwards.

According to Chinachem's General Manager of Sales, Mrs Moulan Chan, the Group has spent around $600 million to completely refurbish VICTORIA COAST, including the building's exterior and interior configurations, to create a new landmark residence in the area.

Helen Fung, Director of Sales of Chinachem Group, said that the demonstration units and the catalogue are ready for sale in early September at the earliest, and will be put up for sale by tender within the month.

She added that there has been little new supply in Pokfulam over the years, and with the proximity of the Deep Bay Yacht Club and Hong Kong Golf Club, as well as easy access to Central and Cyberport, the area is bound to become a market focus.

Chinachem Group Sales Manager, Mr. Ng Sik Lun, said that VICTORIA COAST consists of 2 blocks of 30-storey buildings, providing a total of 118 units of split-level sea-view apartments, with only two units on each level, providing a high degree of privacy; and there are lifts connecting the workplace, separated from the residential lifts, creating a large mansion with a large household design.

The project comprises two-bedroom apartments with studio and three-bedroom apartments with studio, with usable area ranging from 1,356 to 1,367 sq.ft. and all units enjoying open sea view.

The project also features a hotel-style clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool with sea view, party room, fitness room and other facilities.
