Chinachem's West Mid-Levels luxury residential University Court sold yesterday in the form of tender, Block 1, 2nd floor, Room A, practical area of 1,584 square feet, three-bedroom suite interval, including a parking space, the transaction price of $63.68 million, the price of about $40,202 per square foot.

University Court sold 17 units with a total transaction amount of about $1.397 billion.
